Terms of Service

Last Updated: October 2026

Referral Service

Brooklyn Pallets is a referral service only. It passes your request to partner suppliers in our network. It does not sell, buy, make, store or deliver pallets, and it is not a party to any deal between you and a supplier.

Partner Suppliers

Partner suppliers set their own prices, terms, delivery, warranties and returns. Availability depends on them, and a request doesn't guarantee a quote.

Site Information

Information on this site is general and provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Confirm specifications, load ratings and regulations with your supplier before you rely on them.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, Brooklyn Pallets is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from dealings with a partner supplier.
